A free web app that turns a handwritten vocabulary list into Anki flashcards, so that you actually learn and retain the words you write down in your language class. English, Castellano and Catalan.

Hi, I'm Roxanne.
I'm a coach, consultant and people professional. For over sixteen years I've helped leaders and organizations learn, grow, change, and communicate, working in consulting, big tech, startups, and in my own practice.
In 2025 my family moved from the US to Barcelona, and I embarked on a major change project of my own: going from a monolingual English speaker to a trilingual speaker of English, Castellano and Catalan. It's a work in progress!
My work has always been at the intersection of people, systems, and technology. Now I'm applying everything I've learned about how transformation works to my own language learning, building tools and resources for myself and others.
